CSC ServiceWorks Performance Marketing Specialist in Austin, Texas

PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST OVERVIEW : Primary responsibility for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and iterating/refining marketing campaigns.

As a CSC Performance Marketing Specialist , you’ll be an important part of what works. Your days may include:

  • Actively build, monitor, and analyze campaign performance while assessing opportunities to iterate.

  • Work to uncover client level traits that dictate appropriate messaging to different cohorts of audience.

  • Analyze performance data on a macro and micro level to determine where unique campaigns need to be run to boost performance.

  • Help to build and refine data-driven programs across CRM and marketing automation channels.

  • Seek opportunities to layer in additional channels to grow at a macro and micro level.

  • Expand upon existing drip campaigns by experimenting via frequency, messaging, and A/B testing.

  • Understand the full lifecycle of Wash, Dry, Fold customers and examine the opportunities via online and offline channels to reach target audience.

  • Collaborate across various functions of the Wash, Dry, Fold division, and the Corporate Marketing team. Align on priorities, needs, and consistent messaging.

  • Provide recommendations to incorporate new tools or data to expand on existing capabilities.

In this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; with 1-3 years of Marketing campaign development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically Email and CRM marketing.

  • Bilingual with Spanish Fluency, preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology, specifically using Customer.io for Email campaign automation

  • Comfortable managing a broad range of digital marketing activities and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership on campaign performance and refinement

  • Comfortable working cross departmentally to drive results for the business

  • Experience reviewing KPI’s on a macro and micro level to determine where to prioritize activities for the given week

  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

  • Ability to maintain currency with digital marketing trends and policies

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with a remote team

  • Strong project management skills
