The Regional Vice President of Operations will be a key leader with primary responsibility for supporting field executive leadership in identifying, developing, driving, and executing operational consistency and process efficiencies across Branches within the Region.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert and provide training and coaching in operational excellence and Branch business processes across all business lines (e.g., Common Laundry, In-Unit, Air)

  • Promote integration and collaboration between Common Laundry and In-Unit business

  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset to ensure operation leaders are seeking process and operational efficiencies

  • Develop and drive uniformity in warehouse/install policies and procedures (including staffing and route planning)

  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives

  • Recommend process improvements and train/coach to ensure consistent implementation of new processes/procedures

  • Demonstrate Customer Focus by ensuring processes and procedures make it easy to do business with CSC and create a Best In Class client experience

  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors related to Air and Laundry installations

  • Direct the local execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives

  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics and providing corrective guidance to Branch teams

  • Keeps up to date with competitor information and market trends and makes recommendations based on this information

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or 10+ years related supply chain and/or logistics experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Multi-site management required

  • Lean Methodology and Six Sigma a plus

  • Master’s Degree preferred

Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven supply chain and process improvement capabilities

  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand process documents

  • Ability to effectively influence all levels of the organization to adapt to change

  • Ability to apply principles of complex data driven and logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Travel 50%
