CSC ServiceWorks Salesforce Manager in Dallas, TX, Texas

Position Summary:

Primary responsibility for providing day-to-day Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support and serving as the

CRM technical expert with technologies like Salesforce, Pardot, Conga, and DocuSign.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing new CRM applications and processes

  • Provide system maintenance including, but not limited to, process/workflow testing, process/system documentation, license/role maintenance, and data maintenance

  • Work with external consultants to create, test, and release new processes and developments

  • Serve as the liaison between Sales and IT as it relates to CRM requirements

  • Assist key IT partners with integrations, user support, and issue resolution

  • May mentor/manage other employees

  • Create and maintain CRM reports

  • Assist in and/or lead new user CRM training

  • Other duties assigned

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Current Salesforce certifications (i.e., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, etc.) are preferred

  • Experience with Pardot, Conga, DocuSign and Tableau is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce

  • Ability to migrate data from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to promptly respond to inquiries from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community

  • Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
