As a CSC Director Strategic Accounts, you’ll be an important part of what works.

You’ll be responsible for partnering with 75 named regional clients to provide best in class account management and grow business within your account base. Your days may include:

  • Contributing to the Company growth strategy by managing account prospects and building customer relationships through the development of strategic sales/marketing plans.

  • Monitoring and evaluating account opportunities.

  • Communicate to/work with VP to resolve unique customer concerns/issues

  • Schedule regular visits with accounts to facilitate future renewal discussions

  • Match services with account needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing

  • Maintenance of key national account information and data in the CRM.

In this role, you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, interpret, and translate data from multiple sources into actionable marketing plans

  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Tools, inclusive of Excel, Outlook Email, PowerPoint, Teams and Word / Multiple years of experience

  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, peers and customers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, and persuasively, verbally and in writing to management and groups of employees, clients and customers.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, interpret, and translate data from multiple sources into actionable marketing plans

  • The ability to travel as needed

  • Military experience not required, but it is welcomed and appreciated here
