CSC ServiceWorks Lead Digital Operations Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Primarily responsible for providing transactional, operational, labor and financial insight to Operations by analyzing trends in machine service data, consumer transactions, account demographics and other key metrics with a strong focus on delivering operational performance optimization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Create, measure, and analyze various KPIs to inform decisions and support recommendations across the organization.
Implement exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
Partner with other analysts to build tools and processes.
Partner with the digital team to understand, solve, and anticipate their analytics needs.
Serve as a liaison between other departments to ensure data accuracy and uniform understanding of key metrics.
Utilize Visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik in both reporting and analysis.
Develop/deliver executive-level views/presentations to lead regular management discussions on strategies, tactics, and performance.
Actively participate in cross-functional team activities, offering original perspectives and challenging conventional views.
Manage a team of offshore resources that support data analytics and modeling.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree; and 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with parts of the data analytics pipeline, such as data collection, wrangling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, presentation
Experience with maintenance and sustainment operations
Experience formulating and executing online research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Writing reports that follow logical guidelines (e.g., pyramid logic)
Proven ability to think creatively about data analysis
Proven potential and/or desire to learn how to code using a scripting language such as Python or R and/or use APIs to access data and data analysis capabilities
Project leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to write complex SQL to query OLTP and OLAP databases
Experience with machine learning
Experience in one or more Data Modeling and Business Intelligence tools
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience developing business analytics in the Microsoft stack (SQL Server)
Experience in Data Mining using R, SAS, or other analytics software
Knowledge of a data lake ecosystem, such Hadoop, Spark, MPP databases
Hands on experience with AWS or Azure cloud data analytics services
Strong Microsoft Office skills
