As a CSC Business Development Manager, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll utilize a consultative sales approach as you build lasting partnerships for the total laundry solutions business. Your days may include:
Researching customers and competitors in your territory to develop actionable sales intelligence.
Strategically pursuing new accounts following a set of goals and objectives you establish with Branch Management.
Creating key account plans based on your target decision-makers and their goals, needs, hot buttons and buying patterns, and forecasting your pipeline.
Drafting persuasive proposals that demonstrate how CSC solutions can help our customers achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.

In this role, you’ll need
A High School Diploma or equivalent; and 3-5 years B2B sales, long-cycle service; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
Prior experience managing a multi-state sales territory.
A track record building an account base and long-standing customer relationships.
A high sense of urgency, responding promptly to inquiries from customers and team members.
An internal drive to meet and exceed goals and being self-directed in your work.
An understanding of what excellent customer service looks like and the ability to provide it.
To be a natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
A communication style that builds trust.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
