CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for commission inquiries via telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization’s service standards, as well as, performing a wide variety of specialized clerical functions.
Handle commission calls and e-mails from customers and internal sources
Perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data
Process all payee updates and direct deposit registrations
Prepare commission statements and account reconciliation requests
Direct inquiry calls to the correct departments
Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
Resolve discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma
1 year of related experience (including customer support), or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, comprehend and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence such individual and small group e-mails
Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Clarify, Clarify CSR, AS400 & Salesforce system knowledge is preferable
