To be a good fit for the Customer Service Representative opportunity, you also should have:
HS Diploma or equivalentand 6 months to 1-yearcustomer service experience
Track record of over-achieving team quotas and individual KPIs
Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers instantaneously over the phone;bilingual is a plus
An outgoing, confident, competitive and assertive mindset
Ability to compete to exceed team sales expectations
Ability to communicate routine correspondence memos and small group emails
Basic mathematical skills
