As a CSC Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be an important part of what works.

Primary responsibility for assisting customer center management; provides customer center associates with escalation assistance, side-by-side coaching & ongoing training and development. Cultivate and maintain ongoing functional partnerships and client relationships. Co-facilitate new hire training and nesting. Facilitate center recognition programs and activities.

  • Supports current duties of the Customer Service team – handle overflow CSR calls

  • Ensure service level commitments are achieved

  • Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Resolve client problems through effective communication

  • Educate customers on company products and services

  • Monitor escalations between client and field business partners

  • Oversee executive level complaints

  • Support senior leadership team

  • Assist with escalation calls

    In this role, you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or relevant military experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Associate Degree preferred

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
