As a CSC Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be an important part of what works.
Primary responsibility for assisting customer center management; provides customer center associates with escalation assistance, side-by-side coaching & ongoing training and development. Cultivate and maintain ongoing functional partnerships and client relationships. Co-facilitate new hire training and nesting. Facilitate center recognition programs and activities.
Supports current duties of the Customer Service team – handle overflow CSR calls
Ensure service level commitments are achieved
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills
Resolve client problems through effective communication
Educate customers on company products and services
Monitor escalations between client and field business partners
Oversee executive level complaints
Support senior leadership team
Assist with escalation calls

In this role, you’ll need:
High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or relevant military experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate Degree preferred
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
Strong customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
