Director of Sales Enablement and Training
This is a highly visible role that will help define the future of CSC ServiceWorks. The Director of Sales Training, in collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing and HR is responsible for the development, implementation, and active management of training strategies, plans and processes to support organizational goals. They will establish learning and development processes that include comprehensive and continual assessment of stakeholder needs through the application of learning tools and various resources, technology and metrics. The Director is responsible for all training programs involving customer-facing roles within organization. This includes management development, new hire training, advanced and recurrent training, as well as additional development programs such as emerging leaders. This position plays a key role in the design, development and implementation of all sales force effectiveness training programs that directly support the strategic and operational goals of the company.
As a CSC Director of Sales Enablement and Training, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for developing new growth opportunities, accelerating existing business, and enhancing sales team skills, and sales operations decision-making. Your days may include:
Collaborate with internal teams regarding new account onboarding and strategic support
Establish objectives to increase sales productivity to exceed plan
Oversee new opportunity identification, upsell execution, renewal strategy, and issue management
Conduct sales product analysis and capture and maintain company’s sales process
Perform research to understand and enhance customer’s buying process
Develop and manage the sales performance/development roadmap
Develop and implement the sales operations product marketing training process
Maintain knowledge of competitive services, promotional matter, sales techniques and pricing/marketing policies
Maintain sales infrastructure and information/reporting systems
Work with field operations leaders to drive market synergy between Sales and Client Services team

In this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business required;Master's degree preferred
10+ years sales training experience with a focus on new business development
Experience with CRM platform and delivery of sales training
Experience selecting an LMS preferred
A successful track record of presenting information to all levels
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
