As a CSC Dispatch Associate, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll interact with our customers and CSC field team members daily, which may include:
Handle customer calls until resolution, or forward to appropriate party.
Coordinate assignments for service technicians per customer request.
Respond to incoming dispatch and service related calls and emails from field employees.
Monitor and assist technicians in completing call in a timely manner.
Enter assignment data and/or update information in the system(s).

In this role, you’ll need:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in dispatch or as Customer Service Associate is a plus.
Ability to read maps and understand basic routing concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
