As a Field Sales Trainer, you’ll be an important part of what works.

You will be responsible for ensuring maximum effectiveness of the sales force by delivering training sessions on company products, business processes, tools, sales methodology, and other topics as needed.

•Facilitate the delivery of sales training programs for the company’s new and existing sales professionals.

•Deliver sales training programs through instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies.

•Ensure newly hired sales professionals ramp quickly to productivity standards and support the tenured sales team with ongoing sales enablement efforts.

•Evaluate the progress of trainees during training sessions and provide them with relevant feedback towards performance improvement.

•Support training content development for training engagements.

•Deliver engaging and relevant training to achieve measurable results.

•Assist front line sales management in identifying strengths and development needs of their sellers.

•Coach new hires and existing sales professionals on effective sales techniques.

•Work cross-functionally in the organization to achieve sales enablement goals.

In this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales training and/or enablement required; Field Sales background a plus.

  • Bilingual preferred.

  • Must be able to travel 50-60%.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.

  • High-level ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in standardized and non-standardized situations.

  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
