As a CSC Manager Payment technology, you’ll be an important part of what works.
In partnership with the Field Technology Support team, you will be responsible for:
Selecting payment technologies based on knowledge of the industry and CSC’s requirements.
Defining standards for selecting optimal payment technology based on property class
Developing personal expertise in all CSC payment technologies
Creating standard operating procedures for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining payment technology
Maintaining requirements, documentation (user guide, training aids, etc.,) and product knowledge base
Ensuring suppliers can support CSC’s equipment and support needs in a timely manner
Supporting up to date and consistent product updates, bridge communications between suppliers and local branch service teams
Developing collateral to help consumers understand how to use the technology
Partnering with Treasury team to minimize gaps in Merchant Processing
Coordinating product installation with Field Technology Support team and local branch service teams
Continuously improving payment technology related processes

In this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree; and 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services/FinTech industries (preferred)
Product life cycle management or equivalent (preferred)
Solid knowledge of all areas of business (i.e., Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.)
Ability to maintain vendor relationships
Ability to simplify complex data into metrics and recommendations
Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
Ability to communicate effectively, and persuasively, verbally and in writing to technical and non- technical audiences
Competency in the use of Microsoft Tools, inclusive of Excel, Outlook Email, PowerPoint, Teams and Word / Multiple years of experience
