As Manager Sales Administration, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for providing sales support including contract support, reporting, and data processing.
Oversee the administration functions of the sales department
Monitor monthly KPI’s and host weekly team meetings to ensure that goals are achieved, and targets met
Provide monthly reporting on metrics - to be shared with Sr. Sales Mgmt. staff
Provide coaching and support for admin staff
Develop & implement sales processes for data input for all systems
Provide administrative/reporting assistance to Senior Management.
Assist and provide admin support for special projects and acquisitions
Assist in rolling out new SF processes to the outside sales team
Partner with other departments to help create processes for field personnel/CSC agents

In this role, you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 years sales support experience.
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Experience recruiting, hiring training and developing assigned team
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
SalesForce experience a plus
Skills in delegating and assigning work to meet deadlines
