Senior Data Analyst Overview:
The Digital Business Unit is leading CSC through its digital transformation. The vision is to create better consumer and client experiences by leveraging innovation and data. As part of the team, Digital Operations serves to optimize the functions of Service, Collections, Warehouse, Marketing, and Installation across our Laundry and Air portfolio. The Digital Operations team leverages data from our IOT platforms, market research, and internal systems to analyze, forecast, and optimize the day to day activities for field team members to enhance the consumer and client experiences. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be an important part of what works.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing transactional, operational and financial insight to operations by analyzing trends in machine service data, consumer transactions, account demographics and other key metrics with a strong focus on delivering operational performance optimization. Your days will include:
Creating, measuring, and analyzing various KPIs to make informed decisions and support recommendations across the organization.
Implementing exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
Partnering with other analysts to build tools and processes.
Partnering with the digital team to understand, solve, and anticipate their analytics needs.
Serving as a liaison between other departments to ensure data accuracy and uniform understanding of key metrics
Utilize Visualization tools such as Tableau in both reporting and analysis.

In this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree; and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with parts of the data analytics pipeline, such as data collection, wrangling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, presentation
Experience with maintenance and sustainment operations
Experience formulating and executing online research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Writing reports that follow logical guidelines (e.g., pyramid logic)
Proven ability to think creatively about data analysis
Proven potential and/or desire to learn how to code using a scripting language such as Python or R and/or use APIs to access data and data analysis capabilities
Project leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to write complex SQL to query OLTP and OLAP databases
Experience in one or more Data Modeling and Business Intelligence tools
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience developing business analytics in the Microsoft stack (SQL Server)
Hands on experience with AWS or Azure cloud data analytics services
Strong Microsoft Office skills
