As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for conducting analyses and interpreting program rules and policies so that total rewards programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's Total Reward strategy.
Administer the organization’s benefit programs (i.e., health, wellness, 401k, vacation, etc.) and compensation programs (i.e., job descriptions, job evaluation, competitive benchmarking, incentive plan administration)
Assist in the design and implementation of the organization’s Total Reward strategy
Serve as first-line contact for employee benefit questions · Assist in the Open Enrollment planning and implementation
Assist in annual salary (merit) increase planning and implementation
Ensure consistent application of policy
Prepare reports of benefits/compensation data as requested and to meet with legislative requirements
Audit invoices for accuracy prior to payment
Assist in the identification of current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirements and programs
Provide feedback to Manager on potential areas for improvement
Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Analytic skills and the ability to interpret journals, reports and governmental regulations.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively and professionally present information to all types of audiences throughout the organization.
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
