As a CSC Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll supervise daily work activities from our local Branch and your days may include:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse department, shipping & receiving, inventory and storage of equipment
Assign tasks as needed for proper scheduling, installation and delivery – may include the supervising of building or rebuilding of machine
Ensure equipment is ready for delivery to customers based on the daily scheduler (included, but not limited to, the supervising of unpacking, installing, and assembling required parts prior to loading on trucks)
Recruit, hire, and manage assigned team
Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery vehicles
Review, analyze, and create reports as needed
Ensure that all work performed with the warehouse complies with government safety regulations and company safety policies

In this role, you’ll need:
A HS Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of related experience in a leadership/supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
Predisposition for being well organized.
Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment including: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, push or pull up to 250 pounds, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) plus stooping kneeling, climbing, crouching or reaching.
Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
