CSC ServiceWorks Lead Parts and Inventory Specialist in Union City, California

As a Lead Parts and Inventory Specialist you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for parts fulfillment and inventory management for all assigned field operations while maintaining a clean and organized parts room/office area.
Support parts and inventory fulfillment for commercial operations.
Process parts requisitions for Branch operations.
Assist CSC Commercial Clients with proper parts and machine identification.
Complete data entry for tracking of parts orders.
Review inventory levels.Analyze inventory gaps and recommend improvements.
Complete purchase orders with primary suppliers to ensure adequate levels of parts to meet requisition needs.
Analyze and proactively identify parts shortages and/or delivery issues.
May mentor and train new Parts & Inventory Specialists.
Other duties as assigned.
A Parts Associate’s shift is typically Monday through Friday, so most evenings and weekends are yours to enjoy life’s moments that matter.

In this role, you’ll need:
High School Diploma or equivalent; and 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic computer, smart phone and tablet skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment.
Experience with small power tools and installing large appliances (preferred).
